The Groote Eylandt Filter Rock Project showcased CSA’s ability to deliver efficient crushing and screening solutions in remote and logistically demanding environments. Working closely with Q, H & M Birt, CSA provided the plant, personnel, and operational support required to produce filter rock to project specifications. The project’s success reflects CSA’s focus on dependable production, practical site support, and maintaining consistent performance across every stage of delivery.

Operating at the Ridges Iron Ore Mine since 2024, CSA continues to support Kimberley Metals Group with crushing and screening services in one of Western Australia’s more remote and demanding environments. Located near Kununurra, the project requires consistent production, strong logistics coordination, and a proactive maintenance approach to keep plant performing reliably in hot and humid conditions. Backed by a dedicated crew and a strong working relationship with KMG, CSA continues to deliver dependable support to meet production targets and shipping schedules.

The Marble Bar Road Upgrade (South) highlights CSA’s capability to deliver reliable crushing and screening services for major regional infrastructure works in the Pilbara. Working with HanRoy, CSA is producing roadbase material to support the upgrade of Marble Bar Road, a significant project aimed at improving safety, access, and connectivity for remote communities, regional traffic, and heavy vehicles. Operating in a demanding environment, CSA continues to provide the plant, personnel, and site support needed to maintain efficient production and dependable project delivery.

Completed in March 2026, the McPhee Creek Marble Bar Road Upgrade North campaign reflects CSA’s continued involvement in delivering key material supply for HanRoy on the broader Marble Bar Road Upgrade. With works progressing across the project, this campaign required CSA to support a wider material scope and deliver output aligned to site requirements. It stands as another example of CSA’s ability to contribute to major road infrastructure works in the Pilbara through reliable plant, experienced crews, and responsive on-site support.

CSA provided crushing and screening services for one of Western Australia’s most significant major construction projects, the Perdaman Ceres Urea Plant. This campaign spanned over two years from 2023 - 2025. Operating two high-capacity plants, CSA supplied key construction materials for the world-scale urea facility, maintaining throughput of 5,000 tonnes per day through tailored controls and dust suppression measures in a sensitive environmental and heritage area.

CSA provides specialised crushing and screening services for the Barrow Island Cross-Island Trenching project, operating within a highly regulated and environmentally sensitive reserve. Through tailored equipment, strict biosecurity controls, and a strong safety culture, CSA delivers reliable performance while meeting the project’s rigorous environmental and operational requirements.

At KMG’s Blue Hills operation, CSA played a central role in processing high-grade direct shipping ore, delivering reliable crushing and screening services to support demanding production schedules. Through a strong focus on maintenance, safety, and operational discipline, CSA ensured consistent performance and long-term reliability.

CSA supported the expansion of the Pluto Train 2 LNG facility by delivering crushing and screening services essential to site preparation and foundation works. Operating within a tightly regulated and high-risk environment, CSA applied disciplined operational controls to achieve efficient delivery while meeting strict safety, environmental, and performance requirements.
