CSA was a key partner in KMG’s Blue Hills operation, providing crushing and screening services for high-grade direct shipping ore (DSO). Over the course of the project, CSA processed more than 3 million tonnes of DSO, consistently achieving a daily throughput of 4,500 tonnes.

Given the tight shipping schedules and high demand for precision in material handling, CSA implemented a rigorous maintenance program to ensure maximum plant uptime and reliability. With more than 40,000 man-hours worked and zero injuries recorded, CSA maintained a strong safety culture while playing a crucial role in supporting KMG’s production goals.
